I have always been pleased with the service and product from Pet Bucket and I am waitng for my order to arrive. This is very unusual for it not to come, but it must have gotten lost in it's travel somewhere. Thank you for your concern and also the attention that was take to this matter when I called. Thank you Petbucket! I did receive my order and it is just what I ordered. Very reasonably priced and mailed right to the house. Put it on an order that keeps reordering for me. Only thing is it takes a very long time to get the order. Just plan and order accordingly.....

Our two black labs tested positive for lyme disease and we really didn't know what we were going to do as the antibiotics for the two were over $80.00 and the vet wanted them on NexGard for next 6 months which was priced at $15.00 a dose for a total of $180.00. We ordered them from here for $76.65 total and didn't need a prescription. If you know you are going to need something, give at least 2-3 weeks ahead, so you don't run out. Other than the long shipping time we are more than pleased!! And no more ticks and fleas!!!

I have been ordering from Pet Bucket for years, and have never been disappointed. I love everything about this company: the choice of brands, the incredible prices, free shipping (over $20, but let's be real--it's mostly everything is over $20!), the ease of ordering on a quick and easy web site. Also, customer service is a breeze. Their representatives are friendly and quick to solve any problem I've had (only had one small problem). It's a joy to use a company like this. All companies should take a look-see at Pet Bucket and learn a few things from it.
