Skeptical at first since there was no way to track the order - but it arrived safe and sound. Saved us a ton of money! One issue with the auto reorder box which I have emailed pet bucket about and I'm sure they will resolve. When I told my son about pet bucket - he will also be ordering from you. We all love our pets and shouldn't have to pay the exorbitant prices here in the US. Makes a lot of pet owners just skip the heart worm and flea/tick meds. Wake up American pet drug companies!! - Of course , I guess it's the same way with people meds here too.

My order had not shipped out as my credit card needed updating; when I spoke to a representative during the conversation I mentioned as it normally took over a month to get my order I had not noticed the lapse. He was shocked at this, and I told him I just assumed because it had to go through customs this was normal. He said he would investigate. My order shipped the day of our conversation and arrived 2 weeks later. I was too surprised.
