The true measure of a company and its commitment to customer service is only partly experienced in a typical transaction. What separates a company that claims to be committed to serving their customers and a company that actually does serve (and care about) their customers is how a company reacts when there is a problem. Awesome pricing on genuine products and shipping faster than I expected.

I get my dog’s heart worm and flea and tick medicine here. PetBucket has the cheapest prices on these medications by far and even though it takes a while to get to me (only because of our distance) my purchases always arrive. And customer service is excellent!
