My last order for flea preventative was shipped incorrectly (I ordered 3 and 1 arrived) I emailed Petbucket to let them know that there was a problem and the remainder of my order had to have been put in the mail that day. For me, it's not about everything being perfect every time. It's about Customer Service that will take care of you. I have ordered from PB for years and this is the first time there has been a mistake. I won't buy my pet meds anywhere else.
